Looking for the best Ultra-thin digital camera with IS, 3+ opt.zoom, 6+ mp (max: +/- 400$)?

Pocket size and image stabilizer very important. I want a camera that will give me a very good quality picture. Used more for indoor pictures (at partys mostly) so face recognition would be nice too. Please help!

canon sd850

samsung NV3 (7.2 megapixels)
Panasonic Lumix fx30 (7.2 megapixels)
Pantax m30 or m40 7.2 megapixels and 8.1 megapixels respectively. The last one is the smallest but the nicest design is the NV3 IMHO
