They have to have a camera that comes in pink and can make videos w/ sound. Casio Z75 or Z1050 is a great choice, nice and thin, lightweight, shoots photos and video with sound. Easy to use controls and a 2.5" screen to view.

Check you Sunday paper for ad sales or coupons. Look at Samsung, Panasonic and Casio I dont know if it comes in pink, you could always get a cover but it is an amazing camera. Cannon SD they have 1000 now but all of them are great! I have owned several, and for my money the best value is Olympus. Very easy to figure out, great camera In order:
