What's the best brand digital camera?

I want a cheap point and shoot camera with a maximum price of $130. Any suggestions? I've been looking at the kodak easyShare C653... ??

My brother just purchased one at best buy right before the holidays. I'm not tech savvy and I loved his camera. When he told me the price I wished I had spent some of my Christmas money on one, but I didn't know.It's a HP Photosmart M420. I believe he paid about 115 for his. I would also try ebay before going out to the stores.

Kodaks not a bad company, but try Casio they've got very nice cameras for $100-$200. Or try beachcamera.com they have nice used cameras for cheap and they're not bad cuz the store has to except them from people.

I like my Pentax 5.0 mp. I know the 7.0mp I saw at Costco for like $180
