What is the best digital camera that is sleek and costs around 200-300$?

kodak v570, I just bought one and love it

When you ask a question like that you won't get very good answers. You should explain what you plan to use it for, and more people can help you. There is no best camera for everyone. The best I can do for you is tell you to check out pcworld.com, dpreview, and others that you find using a search engine. You can find something that suits your needs for yourself. Or you can go into an electronics store and ask a salesperson your questions.
