What is the best digital camera to buy if I dont want to spend alot ofmoney and want a color???

I am looking for a camera, I want a big zoom and a huge screen. Ranging up to 200$ Tnks

I doubt $200 will get you a digital camera with a decent zoom. Try parallel imported shops to get something cheap and decent.
