Best digital video camera around $200?

Ok, so here's the deal. I want to buy a digital video camera but I know nothing about them, so I need your help! I'm looking to use it for skits and things like that. Yeah. Alright, so suggestions galore.

Hey we have a Samsung Duo Cam it has 5.25 mp..And its cool cuz it takes still photos too so you can kill 2 birds with one stone. We bought it to take movies of our son and I love it its easy to use it has tons of options like I cant take a movie without shaking and it has an option to where it stablizes the video. You can take b&w and sepia pics and even B&W movies.. We paid like $220 for it at Best Buy!!

I was just in the market for the same thing so I did a lot of reviewing and reading. From everything I've read you can't go wrong with the Canon Powershot A620. I believe it is a 7 MP camera and has great reviews everywhere I looked. I actually bought the Powershot A630, which also has great reviews but is a tad more expensive. So far my wife loves it. But if you're looking for the cheapest I would have to say to get the A620. Hope this helped.
