Best and cheapest digital camera that uploads pictures to your computer?

Can anyone help me find or if anyone knows of any cheap and decent digital or non-digital cameras that you can upload pictures onto your computer with?

olympus digital cameras are a really good brand. you can get them under 100 bucks. Optio is a good brand but not sure if you get them in usa though. kodak is a good brand too. all brands usually have cameras under 100 bucks you should just look around
as long as you computer has a slot for the memory card you can always copy pics to your computer. sometimes though you can just plug the camera into the usb slot on the computer and most computers have those.
