Every three to six months, I round up all my digital photos on the hard drive and burn them to CD. I make 2 copies of each CD, print a contact sheet, and then delete the photos from my hard drive. Printing (and labeling) a contact sheet for each disk makes it easier to find the photos I am looking for and it takes up a lot less room on my hard drive.

I also upload all my digital pics to Snapfish for safekeeping.
