Where's the best place around manila for digital camera,electronic appliances, and computer related items?

i'm ready to spend about P3.5k for a 4mp digital still camera.

Best Buy, Curcuit City,Dell. These are the ones I can think of.

Go to the mall. Actually, I got all my gadgets (well, not all) at SM NorthEdsa. Go to the carpark, they call it CYBERZONE... its a one stop place for me. Computers, cellphones, cameras, mp3 players.... and u can get it with warranty (some). Just choose a reliable store.
U can also go to greenhills in San Juan.

I would say SM (ShoeMart) that's a mall. I'm not sure where you are in Philippines. SM malls are all over the Philippines, they have shops inside with good quality but not very cheap with reasonable price. Also safe area to shop around.

Honestly if you're used to places in the states where you can see what you want to buy up close and not have the "man behind the counter, pick what you want from the photocopied list" experience, goto any Octogon Store. My personal favorite is the one on the 4th Floor of Megamall.

However if you're used to the above experience and have no qualms about it, I would suggest VirraMall in Greenhills or the Techstores along Gilmore Ave in New Manila.

Hey Good Grief, try reading the question first, there are no branches of those stores in the Philippines.

You cannot expect to get high-end brands with the budget though you might want to try a 2nd hand check out (www.buyandsell.ph) I usually buy my gadgets if not abroad (c/o my friends who go in a business trip in Japan) or at Avant (Greenbelt 3, Makati) or Digital Exchange in Glorietta Makati.

They also have an installment sale at the Glorietta activity center and there are plenty of appliances you can check out including digital camera. Hope that helped.
