What is the best kind of digital camera to buy?

I want i digital camera with really good quality and takes good pictures but im looking for one under $200.

Yeah, your going to at least pay $250 for a good one. Pay the extra $50 for a Canon Elph or Powershot. Trust me, I have both, an love them both! : )
