I'm camera shy...?

I'm a guy and really hate photos being taken of me. A friend of a friend said to me it was unusual and that he'd never met a camera-shy male before. Are there any other camera-shy guys out there? Is there an explanation as to why I am camera-shy also?? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I am too. I only like pictures when I take them and I can delete the ones that don't look so good lol

Are you self conscious at all? This could be the cause for it.

I am. I hate having my picture taken. I tense up and never have a natural expression on my face.

im camera shy too dude. im shy anyway. i dunno why, i just feel uncomfortable being centre of attention, which is what you are when youre having your photo taken huh

it's totally normal.. but it definitely means your self conscious and perhaps insecure.. dude just find a way to get over it.. what alot of guys do is act the fool in pictures to overcompensate for their insecurities and people end up thinking they're just being funny.
just look into the camera like your flirting with it, and there's no one else in the room or something. it's hard to get over believe me, but you can do it.. and work on that self esteem stuff. If someone wants you to be in a picture they care about you so give them that.

I imagine its because you don't like your picture when its comes out which happens to virtually everyone that's doesn't love themselves.

My brothers are camera shy,, they HATES photos!!
