The camera on my LG envy isnt working. Everytime i try to take a picture it says camera start error! help I dont know why it isnt working becuase when i first got my phone it did work??

You should call for technical support. There's things you can try to do but I would recommend a professional walk you through them.

You might end up needing a replacement phone.

The enV is one heck of a phone. It has a lot of features you can use, and if you use them frequently, it can slow down your phone a lot. Also, enVs have different cameras and they work much differently and need different maintainence. Also, your phone might have gotten wet or damaged and the part of your phones memory that has the camera might have been damaged. Talk to a Verizon Wireless sales assistant for further info.

I don't know the answer to the camera problem but I have the same phone and I find that player error comes up on my phone a lot and I don't even use it. Definatly would have picked a different phone if I would have known the problems before hand.
