My camera still! icant upload pics! i think i know the prob...?

Ok,My camera still wont but i installed this thing and its for my camera..Which is a

agfa ephoto 1280 digital camera

And on the thing it says how to transfer pics..but it says i dont have pics and then it says plug it in and stuff but it was plugged in and my camera said connected so whats the problem??
PLEASE help me!

I had a similar problem with my Canon. Sometimes the computer had trouble communicating with it or recognizing it when I would plug it in. I don't know if it's a driver problem or what causes it, but it's very annoying.

Finally I went to the camera store and got a card reader. That way you don't have to hook your camera directly up to the computer. You can just take the card out of the camera and the computer reads the card from the card reader. It's way easier and faster than hooking your camera up to the computer. Good luck!

First off, does your camera support mass storage mode? If it does, make sure it's enabled on the camera. Most cameras support this transfer protocol.

Are you sure your computer isn't recognizing your camera as an external drive? If it is in mass storage mode, that's what you'd see it as. Look in the "my computer" applet, and see if there are any extra external hard disks showing.
