How can you change your digital cameras memory without buying a memory card? this girl i used to know does it? |
but i havent seen her in forever and no one else knows you can lower the settings so the pictures have less pixcel so you get a few more pictures. Xani is correct, by changing the photo quality you change the amount of pics the memory will hold. For instance on my camera with it set to the best pics possible, I can only store about 25-30. If I put it on the lowest pic quality setting I can store about 200. The difference in the two settings are this. on best I can print high quality 8x10's on the lowest the pictures donot print well but are fine for emailing to friends and viewing via the computer. I'm not sure what you mean by change you memory. You can't change your memory capacity with out altering the camera's settings, like using VGA size, or adding something to the camera like a memory stick or some have a connection to a USB drive that you can just send the pics directly to your comp. Sounds like all she did was go from a hi quality setting to a lower one. On my old Nikon Coolpix 990 I could double the capacity of my flashcard by changing to the basic setting from the higher .jpeg setting. U cannot change the internal memory if thats what u meant other than that u can set ur camera to take a lower resouloution photo but the pic will be smaller than usual, i suggest get a external memory card so u can take pics at the full limit ur camera has to offer so ur picture quality will be excellent. |
