I bought it in Circuit City, do they repair cameras? What can I do? Go to the Sony website to find the nearest Sony repair center. Depending on how long ago you bought it...Circuit City doesn't do repairs, they'd just refund/replace (whatever their policy is). If it's been too long, check you owner's manual for service instructions. Is the blur image happen all the time? If the blurry image happen when you take dark photo probably because you move the camera while the ccd recording the image. If it happen all the time on any condition I think taking it back to where you buy will be the best option you have. |
