My Kodak EasyShare digital camera is broke and I dont know how to fix it. Is there any way I could return it?

My camera is broke and Im not sure how to fix it? Is there any way to exchange it without a recipt? We bought it at Wal-Mart and the warranty is still good?

if your camera is still under warranty , call Kodak and they can tell you where to send it for service - basically with the serial number they can figure out the "manufacturers Date" (it might written on the camera too) they will then base the warranty start on that date and apply the applicable warranty service.

if it broke (meaning you did not break it) the Kodak has a 1year limited warranty you will need to check with them to see if the problem is covered. you will need to ship it to them at your cost they fix & send back to you...on the other hand if you broke it due to misuse dropping ect...it will not be covered

Without the receipt, that would be tough. Do you still have the warranty materials? You might be able to return it to Kodak, but I doubt Walmart will take it without a receipt.

Call kodak and tell them. or Wal-mart. they most likley wil ltell you that they wont accpept it. but wla-mart hates problems. raise hell in there store and demand a refund they will give you one.
