What digital camera is good that takes movies?

My Sony died. It was 5.1 megapixels, had in camera editing, and could take movies with sound for as long as I had memory.

I'd like another with similar features. I don't really want to spend more than $400.

What should I buy?

I love my Fuji Finepix 800....it's a great camera & is very easy to use and it takes GREAT video!! It is nice & steady so the picture isn't jumpy. I took video on a rocking boat and you can barely notice we were rocking! *fantastic* The pics are sharp and clear. A wonderful camera and I think I paid around $140 for it.
