I bought a digital camera from Dell online. They said I could return it if I didn't like it. I didn't like the camera so I called them and they sent UPS to pick it up. UPS did not give me any paper or reciept. Now Dell is automatically withdrawing $25 every paying period when they are the one that has the camera. I'm going to lose over $200 to Dell! I've called customer service and no one seems to want to do anything. What can I do to get my money back and fix my credit. I already switched my bank account so they will stop taking money out. What can I do? How can the UPS not give you anything to prove that they picked it up ? You need to check with the UPS. Even find the employee who picked up the camera and ask him. tell them your going to take them to court and they will stop everything.. trust.. talk to only the top people.. you dont want to talk to some operator.. talk to the manager.. or supervisor initiate an investigation with UPS. somethng smells fishy here. |
