For owners of the digital camera Kodak Z612...
I am looking into buying this for a trip to china...
will it be a good camera?
& does it have the red eye reduction? I'm very pleased with this camera. Good zoom, image stabilization, quick picture-taking (I forget the proper term, but you can take multiple photos in a row, even with a flash, in little time.), lots of available settings, yet still easy to use. Even though it's a larger-model, it doesn't feel/isn't as big and bulky as some similar bodied cameras.
I didn't know what camera I wanted (got this back in March '07), but I went and tested them at Best Buy, and this was the choice I made (I felt it fit what I most wanted.). I'm pleased with my choice. I recommend going to a store and playing around with it before you commit, though.
