I recently bought the above camera which so far is very good inside but when I want to shoot pictures outside in the very bright sunlight ( I live in the UAE) all I can see is my reflection on the screen and not the picture I want to take. Is there any way thay this can be rectified, only sensible answers please. This is one reason that it is good to look for an optical viewfinder - next time.
In the mean time, just put your left hand over the LCD to shade it from the sun. It's the best you can do.
There is a company called "Hoodman" who make a product to shield the LCD, but I don't see one for your camera. Maybe there is a "generic" size product that you can use. All it does is the same thing you can do with your hand, but it is more convenient - until you try to put it in your pocket, that it. Glad to help. Report It
