Most cameras will stop responding for a few seconds after you press the button to take a photo in the dark. They will show you a preview of the photo you have taken and then they will say "charging flash" or something. Mine says "Busy." If I want to shoot 4 or 5 pictures quickly without waiting for charging, what kind of camera should I buy? I am trying to make a clear sharp picture of people moving in the dark. My photos are very poor quality. They all look blurred or overexposed or too dark. Making photos at night is very difficult... No camera per se.
To shoot that fast in the "dark" you need what is called a strobe light.
Strobe lights are more of a laboratory tool and can be set to flash up to hundreds (even thousands in some advanced models) of times per second. They are by nature connected to the mains and are not very portable.
These strobes work on any camera that will use an external flash. Sometimes the exposures are made in the dark, dark with the shutter open and then firing the strobe as many times as you like as the subject moves within your frame.
If you will tell us what you are shooting and what effect you are attempting to accomplish, we may be able to help you solve your problem If the pictures are storing slow also try getting a better mem. card, They store at different speeds. |
