A digital camera that is good?

I have a 5.0 megapixel sony cybershot camera and it does not work very well i have to keep setting the brightness up never can i just turn on this camera and take a picture like that also it is super slow i dont know if a all cameras are like this but i push the button and the target has to be still for 5 seconds for it not to be blurry and wait until the photo proccesses. my question is what camera can i buy that is fast at taking photos dont have to set up the lightning all the time and can take a picture and be good quality budget $300 or less

Hello.I bought a $250 camera at WALMART for $50. It is a Polaroid iZone550 with an Mp3 player.It is a great camera.it has about 20MB of flash memory and can be expanded.
It is also 5.0MP.Hope i could help

casio cameras are pretty good...mine is 7mp (you might not want that) but it's called exilim zoom EX-Z75BK...on casio.com it costs around $230, but u can probably get it @ costco for cheaper...it has a mode called best shot which should do everything automatically...it also has softflash which makes flash but the photo looks natural, not flashy...

get a HP camera they are really reliable, cheep, ad fast
