Is the Cyber-shot庐 DSC-W55/P Digital Camera DSC-W55/P a good camera?

I really wanted to buy a good camera that takes pretty good pic for $250 and under. Do you have any suggestion?

Canon PowerShot A630. 4X optical zoom, 8 megapixels, very good on AA rechageable batteries, has auto and manual settings, and will give you an excellent 8X10 print.
