I bought a brandnew cannon a630 digital camera from a dealer in Toronto about three weeks ago. It accidentally fell down from about three feet height onto a carpetted floor and now I can not press the shutter button when the zoom turned towards the highest zoom. There is a faint dent near the shutter button. Otherwise it is working normally. What I can do now ? to whome I shoud go dealer or the Cannon inc. ? will they accept the camera and replace with a new one or repair it? What I should tell the dealer?
Please help me this is my first digital camera. I paid CAD 400.00 for it. I am desperate to get it done. take it into the store where you bought it, and tell them you think its 'defective'. because its brand new they should give you a new one, but if they refuse they'll at least be able to send it away for repairs for you. |
