You didn't say what the model number of camera is
so the closest link I can get you is this

select your model from the drop down list
and get the latest driver available for your camera
If you have Service Pack 2 installed on your computer
it will show under
Control Panel - ADD/Remove Programs List
Don't install Service Pack 1 if you have Service Pack 2
you will end up reinstalling Windows if you do that
You may have an older Service Pack 1 Win CD
if that is the case Windows is looking for a support
file to complete the install
Open Control Panel and Click on the System ICON
the screen that loads will display your Windows INFO
it will say Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2 if they are installed
it will also show processor type and speed and RAM avail due to the software system requirement, that it's ask you to update your windows system.
