you have the cd, you mean you can't install it?
CO de DEC ode S are an integral part of the OS media player so you can view the media itself.
This means that your question doesn't make sense.
EITHER, you can't download the installation CD from the host site (or)
You can't install the CD because it's not security signed or a dll file is missing (or other part) (or)
You need a codec.
if it's the latter, search Google, and download a program called GSpot, it will tell you what codecs are needed to play the media file.
