Sometimes they have them at sears with the camera, the printing doc, and all the accessories for like 175.00..just keep your eye out for the sales would be my suggestion. Prices for digital cameras have come way down over the past few years. Look at the entry level Canon models; you can normally get a good 5 megapixel camera for between $150 and $200. Check out an online retailer called Beach Camera. I've ordered two cameras from them over the past few years and their prices are great! Service is good, too. Try the Casio EXSlim.
