Okd does it really work well and take good pictures things like that that sohuld come with a digital camcorder with video, still camera,MP3 player,voice recorder, and webcam all woth it?

I don't know this specific model, but I bought something similar recently and to be honest, it does not do any of it's functions really well. Even the still digital camera isn't very good quality and I get much better photos from my Nokia mobile phone. Also 3MP is quite low resolution - you can get 6MP cameras quite cheaply now. I'd recommend you go for a "known" brand like Olympus or Sony or Kodak.
