Which DIgital Camera would you recommend other people to buy?

I had a Cannon Powershot S200 and it suddenly stopped working.

sony i have the sony dsc-t5 it does video as well as pictures, the settings allow you to adjust look of pictures. the new version has even better stabilizers for those with shaky hands. i also like the casio brand they have a slim model 500 that is very nice.
not kodak every kodak i ever used died fast, people i know who bought kodak also regret it.

I'd recommend a Sony.

Panasonic Lumix because the prices are good and they have the best features

Sony Cybershot, because you need to use the sony card and because i dont like sony

It depends on what you are looking for. If you want a digital camera where you can control the aperture, shutter, ISO and have complete creative control get a DSLR.
If you live in a very wet environment and like to take pictures outdoors, get a waterproof camera. If you just want a point and shoot, anything will work fine really. Just stick with the leaders in photography (Nikon, Canon, Pentax etc...)

the sony cybershot series are popluar for giving clear and bright picture,,while cannon does the same too! (but i prefer cannon more)

well, i would not recommend Kodak digital cameras for you because I noticed the outcome of pictures are a bit dark not regarding to the place or time.the camera itself is not good.no offense though

I just bought a Fuji A500 for $150 on the internet, but the A600 is coming out in June. Choose Canon if you don't want to spend much time thinking about it because everybody seems to recommend Canon.

Kodak Easy share, why I have the DZ7590 love it. has some options that I am still playing with but, I have not come across anyone with a Kodak EasyShare that didnt love it.
