Yes. All of the Palm SmartPhone PDAs come with cameras, although if you want a straight PDA without a phone, I've never found one.

I have the HP Ipaq 6365. It has a camera but the phone/pda is a load of crap. Best to avoid this phone. I've had nothing but troubles with it. Look at the Dopod 838Pro, it has Camera/3G/Wi Fi, bluetooth and runs on Windows Mobile 5.
