What's a good digital camera with a zoom I can buy for under $190?

Basically any Canon's that you can find for that price. You can never go wrong with a Canon.

Try getting a fun saver at walmart it doesn't have that good of a zoom but it has a sweet flash and you'll go home with some money in your pocket! how does that sound?

Your expectation for what you would pay for a good digital camera is not reasonable. A good digital camera runs you about $400 if you know where to shop. Decent digital cameras are around $300.

For about $200, we are talking acceptable, no frills digicams. The one you want is probably the Canon PowerShot A410.
