Digital Camera Info?

I'm planing on buying a digital camera, I'm on a budget of $150. I honestly know nothing about camera quality, what do I need to know?

Get a Nikon, for that budget its you best choice
Nikons take the sharpest photos. not just pictures
don't get kodak, sony or canon.
they do make good cameras but the good ones are pricier.
fuji also has very good cameras for this budget of yours.

however for a digital camera I would buy somethig at least for 300.00 but it's up to you

anyhow, get at least 3 megapixels of resolution.
which is probably the lowest one they sale today. a 5 mega would be better.
don't get a higer megapixel with a bad brandname. trust me,
a nikon (3-5 megapixels) would do it.

you want a high mexapixel and good zoom quality .. size usually matters also (you want it to be small)

For $139 you can get a Fuji F20.
Without going into the details, it's the best compact camera that you can buy at that price. You'll need an xD card - that's another $25.

As a camera of $150, I would either choose the Nikon Coolpix L10 or L3 or the Canon Powershot A530. The Nikons are very simple cameras and have great image quality. With the Canon Powershot A530, you get the power and sleek design of a Canon in a less expensive for. Canon cameras are known for their dependability. I prefer Nikon but Canon is a very good Camera as well.

Canon is THE best brand.
