I bought a digital camera that only holds 14 pictures. The memory is now full. So I bought an X-D card which

Ive never used before - I inserted it - & the memory says it's still full. How do I get the X-D card to work? Never had one before - also first digital camera. Can someone tell me what I'm supposed to do - l looked at the instruction to the camera book - but it says nothing about X-D cards. I know I've inserted the card right - that's about it.

It sounds like your camera doesn't automaticaly use the card - check the instructions for how to switch between the internal memory and the card.

You better upload your 14 pictures first to a computer or whatever, then delete them from the camera. Make sure the memory card is compatible with the camera too, the book should say what kind is acceptable.

first of all the memory card is probably cheap, no offense, but if it isnt then turn off you camera, insert the card and make sure it is in all the way then turn on you camera and try to take a picture
