i'm looking to buy a digital camera and was wondering what 11fps (frames per second) looks like, but i cant seem to find a site that has any sample videos of it, do you know any i guess that answers my question....
Anyone know where to get some good cameras for cheap price? An indirect answer to your question is that 30 fps is the minimum speed for what is considered full motion video. 15 fps gives you a "strobic" or "freeze frame" effect. 11 fps would provide a slow strobe effect. my suggestion
