Is possible to buy a good digital video camera for 150 bucks?

I love to film and my camera broke, I haven't had a camera in almost a year and I really need one to kill this ugre to film. All I have is 150 dollars to my name right now. And I need to film right now

you can buy an ok camera with 150, but what u pay for is what u get. i would save the money and at least get one for 300
