Best place(s) to buy digital cameras?

The best places to buy digital cameras would be; radio shack, circuit city,and best buy. These places will give you a warranty and are less likely to break with in the first 30 days of buying them.

I've bought several digital cameras -

1st thing - Do LOTS of research - bizrate.com is a good place to look at as well.

2nd - doesn't matter where you buy - ebay even - as long as there's a warranty. I've purchased a few cameras from there - never with any problems......

As long as you do your research - you won't be disappointed with your choice. Personally, I'm partial to Olympus.

If you buy them in a store they try and convince you to buy anyone and never tell you the camera's faults. I suggest doing research which is the best. I would use ebay if you know how to, and bid the last minute to make sure you get it :) They have a lot of good bundles on there as well but make sure you do a lot of research on the provider as well.

most defenitly the best place to buy a camera is best buy. they don't try to just sell you anything they always go by what it is that you are looking for and of course what they have in your budget and not what will benefit them the most.
