Not too expensive and good Depend on what you would normally take pictures of. I am a photographer and have the large digital cameras but find that I take most of my family pics with a small 5 megapixel camera that fits in my shirt pocket. Sure the quality is not quite as good as the pro cameras I have, but I get tired of lugging the big cameras around. I have many photos taken on the small camera that I never would have had with the other one simply because I would not have taken it with me. Also, you don't need huge mega pixel to be effective. Anything over about 6 will just used up hard disk space, unless you print photos larger than posters! Optical zoom always is better than digital zoom and a camera that is convenient to carry. Good luck! d most expensive one is the best!!!!! There are variety in the market.
It depends to what extent you want to go.
The higher the resolution the higher the cost. ut I suppose for you a 3 Mega Pixel would do.
Get Canon Powershot or Nikon they are the best in the industry with the quality output.

I just picked up this camera today, but have already taken about 100 pictures and some video with it.
For its small size, the camera is very heavy (which I like) and feels REALLY well built. It is a very stylish looking camera, with nice chrome accents on the front and about the size of a deck of cards.
The pictures that it took are very crisp and clear, and the macro shots I took of dandilions in the backyard are amazing. I played around with the scene shots (such as colour swap, portrait, etc.) and it is all very easy to use.
The video is actually of surprising clarity for a compact point-and-shoot camera. Even with the video playing fullscreen on my computer, it is pretty clear and not jerky at all.
I am using a super-high speed 2GB ATP 160x secure digital card with this camera, and the time between shots is VERY short. This camera is ready to take its first shot almost immediately after it is powered on, which is great for catching a shot in the moment!
A great little camera if you can afford it! Canon - faster printing capabities bec. of its memory card type. If you want to print your pics by yourself
Sony - longer battery life
Olympus - best in zooming capabilities
Fuji(Finefix) - best in imaging.
Your choice of camera depends on your needs. If you go for the image i suggest the FineFix by fuji film. CANON, is #1 by far
learn about frames/CCD and other stuff,,, THEN buy
Canon will still be the leader |
