Any brand with good performance will do. well depends wht "economical" means to u...but seeing as ur in india u can get any good one coming in from china eg da likes of kodak, minolta, olympus, fuji finepix series..most of these will have da video capability u require...u can choose whatever suits u as there is a wide choice of availability...i wuld recommend at least 4 megapixels or higher as well as a decent memory card...(128mb minimum)...
