im thinking about buying one online, but it doesnt come with the disc. If it's a driver to make it compatible to swap pic's with your computer then I'm sure you can go online and download the driver that comes on the disk. Most manufacturers have a driver that you can download from their site. If the camera comes with a "chip" or memory card then you can just take it out of the camera and put it into your card slot on your computer. You don't need to connect the cable....I would go ahead and purchase it if it's a good deal! Ok, do u mean the memory card? If so, then if the camera does not have built-in storage, you will have to buy a memory card to save your pics onto. OR Do you mean the CD that allows you to upload pictures from the camera to the computer? If this is the case then the answer is no.
You can go to www.polaroid.com ...select your country and then click on support at the top of the next page. On that page, you then select drivers and software....then under digital products select digital cameras and then you will choose your model number for your camera and you can get the drivers for your camera there. If you encounter any problems you can do a search on Yahoo for polaroid digital cameras and that should get ya what ya need.
Also, if you need a photo program that allows you to alter the appearance of your pictures...etc...then you go to Adobe.com and can get a free version by clicking photoshop on the left of the home page and then scroll down to Adobe Shop Album Starter Edition.
Digital cameras are great! Hope this helps! No you don't need the disc. It usually only contains a program to download your pictures. Another way is to just go into My Computer and look for the removable drive that is your camera. Just copy and paste from there. |
