I have 拢150 to spend on a digital camera. I am interested in a sony cyber-shot,but i don't know which one get!

max budget is 拢150, don't mind buying off the internet but preferably not eBay, as i don't trust it for expensive things. Also if there is a good camera from another brand (mainstream brand e.g lumix, Nikon etc) i would consider it.

I want a small compact camera, not a big bulky one.

Also can you please leave a reason why i should choose the camera please?

Im not sure how much money that is exactly but if you are interested in getting a Sony Cybershot I would either get the Sony T-70 or the Sony W-90.
The Sony T-70 is very slim and compact. It has a 3 in. lcd screen which is the biggest so far, and is plenty to view the pictures. It also has red eye reduction. 1080P high defintion. Face detection and image stabilization.
Very fancy camera. The only thing to be cautious of is the lcd touch screen. If you were to purchase this camera definitely get a case to go along with it. Too much pressure on the screen could leave black splotches.Very nice camera though.
I belive the price for the Sony T-70 is $300.
The Sony W-90 has the exact same features to it, but it comes in black with a little bit of a blueish tint to it. Has the 1080P high definition, image stabilization, and face detection. Both are very nice camera's and have amazing picture qualities to them.
This one does not have the lcd touch screen to it though.
The price for this one i believe is about $250 or less.
I don't have a Sony Cybershot, but I have the Canon SD750 Elph.
Very good camera, 3 in lcd screen, red eye reduction, image stabilization, and face detection to it also. It is also very slim and compact.
It's my baby, I absolutely love it :]

For that budget, I would consider a Canon S5 IS.

Its a great camera, and right in your price range.
