When you like someone do your pupils dilate?

This sounds stupid. Your pupils are like camera lens so don't they have to dilate in order to focus on you or something. This can't be true. can it? My professor's pupils dilate whenever we talk face to face. If its true, Does this mean he likes me? YUCK!!!

well i heard the same thing too from my biology teacher
he told me if u ever go on a date and her pupils do not dilate
never see her again and honesty

8 out of 10 he was right
so i believe in that

but sometime a person eye dilate cuz they had too much medicin or cafereine in there system

No, that's a myth. It's all a matter of lighting.
I had an ex boyfriend who used to accuse me of cheating by the size of my pupils whenever I talked to anyone- male or female. He was a nut. And very wrong.
