He has more money than god so we know he can afford it. Side shots of that nose needs an extra wide camera lens.

i dunno why not, alot of celebrities don't like to change certain features and think it looks good on them. For example, madonna has never fixed her teeth and I hate that gap in her front teeth but she hasn't changed all these years. So, maybe they just don't want to change cause they think they look great with it.
