Do you think this is a good reason to travel to the USA?

you know i feel that there is a glass between me and the trues
i mean the camera lens cant show you what it realy is
then i want to come and see your country and your people by myself and with my eyes

ok every body come down i dont have any bad meanings by this question and i have the official passport

I think that is an excellent reason to visit the US. American's should do the reverse and visit the middle east, however we are all scared we will be taken hostage and have our heads chopped off or something.

A couple of my best friends are Iranian. There is a large middle eastern community in the Detroit Michigan area if you want to see Muslims living in the US, however there are Muslims living all over the US. I live in the Boston area and known many people who came from the middle east.

I'd recommend going to New York city to see how all the cultures are blended together into this huge melting pot.

You should go to the mid-west to encounter the hospitality.

Any travel is good. We are all more condescending when we explore a new environment.

Yes. The United States is a very diverse place with hundreds, perhaps even thousands, of vibrant sub cultures, almost all the geographical climates you can think of, and all the modern conveniences and luxuries of a 1st world nation.

If you want to meet the people you have to get out of the tourist bubble. I'd advise you try this website (or others like it): www.couchsurfing.com. you can stay with individuals, couples, or families, who will show you around town - and often at no cost.

It will also help a great deal if you speak the language well.

the only problem with the US is its so huge - its difficult for me to recommend what places you should see, since there are so many!

Have fun if you come!!!

There is no BAD reason to visit America! Except to terrorize us.

Well sure, but be discerning about where you go. I mean US is many different countries and peoples. I guess if you had to choose one place only, it would be New York City. Next there is Los Angeles which, again, is completely different ambience. If you want a nature getaway, Montana or Colorado are nice. Best wishes

Oh, yeah! That's an excellent reason. And unless you've got some reason not to, and you have the funds (in whatever currency your country has, since it has to be converted at an embassy or something like that), then there's no reason you shouldn't be able to visit. Just bear in mind that you'll need the official passport of your country and will need to get your cash converted at wherever you need to get it converted (look it up on the internet). By the way, make sure to visit South Dakota! We have a beautiful state here and I'm sure Mount Rushmore would be on your list anyhow.
