Kodak V803 camera?

I have a Kodak V803 camera. i tried to turn it on and the lens went out, but then it just turned off but the lens stayed out. the battery is fully charged and you can still view pics if you go to favorites first. i just cant take a picture. can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Unfortunately you'll have to take it in for service - its broken. It may be more cost-effective to just buy a new camera.
