My camera broke?

it's a sony cyber-shot 7.2 Megapixels model DSC-W7

It was working fine, but one day, the lens stopped working, but the restof the camera is just fine.....does anyone know what to do

Send It to A Sony Certified Repair center....

That is a common problem with digital cameras.....
it could be dust got inside the lens moving system......
if it is not under warranty you could try blowing out what ever may be causing the lens to stick.
Use a canned air spary cleaner or an air compressor but do not use the compressor for to long you could blow your lens apart....

If you want contact me thru here...

I was a manager of a camera store and have been a photographer for 28 years.......

turn it off and on

contact the manufacturer

If your warranty still works then return it. If you don't then talk to the manufacturer (customer help) and they can tell you how to fix it and were.

take it bac 2 walmart and raise HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that suck's sorry

camera without lens like pen without ink. just throw it.

Same thing happened to my sister's W5. She sent it in for repairs to Sony, it was covered under the warranty. This might be an issue Sony is having with this line.

You may want to look in the back for troubleshooting and stuff. and if not, you should contact the manufacturer. and if your warranty is still intact, get a whole new one :D
