A couple days ago the Lithium batteries I had in it died. It died with the lens open. I was in a hurry to get new batteries and bought some cheaper Energizer Alkaline batteries. I put them in, turned on the camera and shut it off so the lens would close. I then turned it on again, tok a picture then shut it off. About three hours later I felt some heat coming from my pocket. It was the camera. Very warm to the touch. I took the batteries out and the camera cooled down. I tried putting some more Lithium batteries in it today and got the beeping when i try to power it on. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks Call B&H cameras "OR" go to Digital Review and ask a question. Many experts there. the batteries must have some problems
i think you should check the battery tank, to make sure there's nothing could cause short circuit or bad contact between the electrode of the bettery and the camera.
if there is no problem , try to use some other batteries that are not so cheap
if all these do not work ,you have to send it to the seller or the producer for a full check |
