my friends camera,(?) isn't working! the zooming lens r out, but everytime she opens her camera its jus blury n turns off!!she tried takin out da batteries,usb,n sd card, but nothin works wut else should she do 2 fix it or else she gets in big trouble!!!!!!!!!!!pls help help help help help!!!!! If it is frozen, I'd bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Just kidding! Don't really do that.
When the lens sticks on a digital camera the camera will just turn itself off to avoid damaging the lens drive motor.
Take it to a camera repair shop to have it checked out. Don't take it to a camera store where they send out repairs or you will end up paying for the repair and the store's markup.

http://www.CameraRepairs.com Sorry to say, it's time to take it in for repair! and it will not be a cheep fix! first big problem is that the camera was droped and if you have a warranty it is now voided! so that means you would have to pay out of pocket!
