I think my camera is broken, help?

My Samsung camera is broken. The lenses are frozen open, and whenever I try to turn it on the light flickers and it makes three beeps. The batteries (Energizer) are brand new. Does anyone know how I can fix it?

first try different batteries
then send it in for repairs

There's a possibility that the lenses is just stuck open...spilled any drinks near it lately? Electronics will freak out like that if they've been exposed to water/liquid
