Hey all, looking to do some vido skits for my school and I want them to look a bit better than the normal handheld, moving-too-much, nausea-inducing videos that most people take.
I'm a very big fan of these semi-pro videos that you see popping up on YouTube and similar sites and I want to start practicing shooting using similar equipment (hopefully that I can rent until I can afford it). I'm a fairly good photographer and amateur beginning videographer, so I have slightly more-than-basic knowledge and understanding of equipment and techniques.
I'm pretty familiar with production and editing using various computer programs, but I'd like to start with some decent quality footage before I even start editing.
Any ideas of websites to start with or somewhere to start researching basic cameras/lenses/etc?
Thanks!!
(P.S. If you're familiar with Vendetta Studios or similar sites that put out funny videos on the web...then you know what I'm ultimately shooting for!) try asking your local t.v. station or your local vidio production
company and ask them .i,m sure they could give you the information that you need .good luck a its a quicktime type file Report It
