"beginer cameras non digital" refers to film cameras. There are fewer choices nowadays, but there are several at economical prices.
"digital like those cheap ones with the lenses that pot out auto" indicates point & shoot digital cameras with built-in zoom lenses.
"those cameras with the black lenses that u move with ur hands.!" would mean your interested in SLR type cameras.
Give us a price range and we can be more helpful. "not that expensive" can mean anything from under $50 to under $800.
What experience and training do you have so far? If you are a novice, then we'd suggest a more automatic camera. If you are experienced, then there are other choices.
What camera(s) do you use now? Of course you want to move up. But what do you have and what more do you need from your next camera?
What types of photography are you interested in? Portraits? Sports? Candids? Landscapes? Give us some ideas.
